Courses:
COURSE 1 – GREEN TOMATO BRUSCHETTA
Green tomatoes, roasted peppers, fresh herbs, and BBQ vinegar reduction.
COURSE 2 – SMOKED RABBIT SAUSAGE BURGOO
Sausage stew, vegetables, and cornbread muffin.
COURSE 3 – BBQ SHRIMP
Smoked burrata emulsion, fire roasted corn succotash.
COURSE 4 – WILD BOAR TENDERLOIN
Tenderloin, pimento cheese grit cakes, and braised greens.
COURSE 5 – BANANA BREAD BREAD PUDDING
Not-so-traditional bread pudding.
