🔥 Bierstacheln 🔥…AKA…beer spiking tradition.

We bring back the old German tradition of bierstacheln, meaning “beer spike,” created by blacksmiths who found their beer too cold in Winter. Stirring the beer with a red hot iron rod rose the temp of the beer a few degrees and the intense heat caramelized the beer’s residual sugar and created a dense creamy toasted marshmallow-like flavor.
