Join us on March 10, 2024, for our first annual Sour Beer Sunday Brunch! We are teaming up with Loko Cuisine and King of the Coop to bring you a Korean-inspired menu to compliment our featured beer: Cantillon Saint Lamvinus Lambic (draft).
St. Lamvinus is a spontaneously fermented lambic blended with Merlot, Grenache Noir, and Syrah grapes and aged for 18 months in oak barrels. Our Sour Beer Sunday Brunch includes four food courses and an 8 oz pour of this amazing and rare beer (or another drink of your choice). Cantillon pours will be limited to those who purchased tickets until the brunch ends at 1 pm (while supplies last).

King of the Coop’s hand breaded crispy fried chicken with choice of signature spice heat infused with gochugaru peppers, Korean scallion pancake filled with carrots, onion, & mushrooms, topped with gochujang honey *VF
Napa cabbage kimchi, pickled cucumber salad, soy marinated egg *SA / kimchi
Chili Crunch Potatoes-
Pan-fried potatoes seasoned with chili oil, sesame, fried garlic, shallots, & ginger *V
Bread baked with cinnamon maple cream cheese custard, topped with lambic and red wine pear compote, & miso caramel *V
Brunch includes all four courses and one 8oz pour of Cantillon Saint Lamvinus Lambic (blended lambics with Merlot grapes aged for 18 months in oak), OR your choice of wine, draft beer, cider, or non-alcoholic beverage
