Training Course for the Beer Professional #3: Draft Systems & Service @ Pour Taproom

The Certified Cicerone exam is a challenging endeavor for the beer professional. The study guide is overwhelming and there are few resources that cover all of the material. This class aims to reduce the noise and direct the focus of those preparing for the exam.
Join us as two Certified Cicerones guide you through the essential study materials, best practices, and recommend a timeline for your studies. This overview class is essential to understanding the weeks ahead on 4/11, 4/25, 5/9, 5/23, 6/6, and 6/20 as we continue to prepare and visit various locations!
This course has 6 sessions for the cost. While the majority of events will occur on premise at our store, we do have a few off site trainings. So please see the schedule outline below!

5/9 – Draft Systems and Service at Brass Tap
Location: Brass Tap St Petersburg – 6901 22nd Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL
This off-site class will be held at The Pour Taproom 225 2nd Ave N, St Petersburg, FL 33701. We will see and discuss draft systems, their maintenance, and how they are used to properly pour beer. We will also discuss how the improper maintenance and use of this equipment can lead to off-flavors. Proper bottle service will also be demonstrated.
